Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of work experience with an associate degree.
• Three years of work experience OR a relevant degree as alternative.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage for claims and liability.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Coordinate with appraisers/estimators for vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurers.
• Manage a full claims load during training and after.
