Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster trainee in Kentucky to learn how to manage a full claims load from start to finish. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days with the option to work remotely the remaining days, for a 12-month training period, after which in-office attendance may be required for meetings and collaboration.

You will determine coverage and liability, interview customers and witnesses, coordinate with appraisers, and negotiate with carriers to resolve

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years work experience and an associate degree.
