Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Michigan Claim Customer Service Representative in Dearborn for a hybrid work arrangement. You will be the first contact for members reporting losses, guiding them through the claims process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

In this fast-paced call center role, you will handle FNOL, inquiries, and one-touch claims, interpret coverage, authorize services, process payments, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a positive member

Qualifications

• Completion of AAA approved call center training program and ACG Claim Representative Training.
• Eligible to acquire and maintain a state adjuster’s license.
• Experience with FNOL processing and claim inquiries using ACG systems and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take first notice of loss (FNOL) and handle claim inquiries.
• Identify non-complex claims for one-touch adjudication upon intake.
• Interpret policy language and apply coverage to authorize or deny claims.
• Initiate services, authorize payments, and coordinate car rentals/repairs.
• Document claim files and monitor reserves and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
