Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Michigan is seeking a Michigan Claim Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members reporting losses, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and efficiency in a fast-paced call center.

This hybrid role requires strong customer service, policy understanding, and the ability to resolve low-complexity claims, including car rental coordination, payments, and timely settlement, while meeting attendance during training.

Qualifications

• Completion of AAA approved call center training program
• Appropriate level ACG Claim Representative Training program and ongoing training and certification

Responsibilities

• Take first notice of loss and handle claim inquiries
• Interpret policy language to apply coverage and authorize or deny claims
• Initiate services such as car rental and repairs for non-complex claims
• Close claims in a timely manner and ensure regulatory compliance
