UPMC Health Plan is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Care Management (RN) to lead a team of Clinical Care Managers in the Community Medicine Inc. offices, primarily in Downtown Pittsburgh and the South Hills. The role is hybrid, combining work-from-home with weekly travel to assigned offices.

The Supervisor will oversee care coordination activities, provide coaching and mentorship, monitor staff productivity, and support performance evaluations and staff development within the Health Plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telephonic, clinical, or utilization management care management staff.
• Supervise, coach, and counsel staff; monitor workload and productivity.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for clinical staff; contribute to performance reviews.
