Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in MS Office and Gmail.
• Dependable, proactive, detail oriented, able to work independently.
• Excellent communication; Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with review and reporting determination of workplace incidents.
• Ensures claim handling that drives loss and expense outcomes.
• Maintains tracking system for incident follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with incident reporting policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and manages medical case management vendor involvement.
• Provides WC oversight for non-litigated cases within assigned territory.
• Facilitates WC claim closures.
• Manages injured worker outreach program.
• Ensures Field Operations follow Return-to-Work Policy and Procedures.
• Manages shared Risk Team email account.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
