Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve routine issues using procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims intake and documentation by processing mail, emails, faxes, and scanned documents, ensuring accurate indexing and routing within claims systems.
• Establish and maintain new claims across multiple insurance products, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and other stakeholders to obtain required claim forms and verify documentation.
• Support daily claims operations by maintaining forms, records, and correspondence while assisting claims examiners with administrative requests.
• Deliver responsive customer service by communicating professionally with members, claimants, administrators, and other stakeholders.
