Job summary

The Silver Lining in West Bend is seeking a Claims Professional to review, analyze, and investigate P&C insurance claims for validity and fair settlements. You’ll examine coverage, gather evidence, interview claimants and witnesses, and identify potential fraud or inconsistencies.

Area candidates will work a hybrid schedule with collaboration days and in-person events within 50 miles of the West Bend office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation.
• Experience handling auto and GL/PD claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
• Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training, mentorship, and project opportunities.
