Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC is seeking a senior professional to manage the Company’s insurance claims, including workers’ compensation, auto, property, general liability, and other coverages. This role collaborates with GC, Litigation Counsel, Finance, and senior leaders as a key member of the legal and risk team.

The position focuses on casualty claims, oversees third-party administrators, and drives cost control and timely resolution while supporting safety and risk initiatives across multiple

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs. claims handling experience, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or waste industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims across all lines of business with primary focus on casualty program.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and carriers for costs, medical and disability management, and timely resolution.
• Monitor reserves and expenses, provide updates to senior management.
• Support field leadership and sites with proactive claim management and customer service.
• Assist in the Return-to-Work program to minimize costs and keep employees at work.
• Prepare settlement authority requests to site leadership and Board.
