Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in workers' compensation claims or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience of claim teams or supervisors desired.
• Knowledge of statutes, regulations, and best practices in workers' comp claims.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead, and develop indemnity claim teams through supervision of Claim Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, regulations, and company standards; achieve audit results.
• Monitor performance metrics; drive improvements in quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Provide oversight on high-exposure, litigated, and strategic claims with risk management.
• Utilize data analytics and technology to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor supervisors; foster accountability and professional development.
