Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or May 2027 graduates.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (May 2027 graduates considered).
• Willingness to travel and strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational training program across multiple Claims functions.
• Learn insurance principles, policy coverage concepts, and claims handling procedures.
• Assist in investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims under guidance.
• Develop understanding of Auto, Property and Compliance claim operations.
• Complete licensing, compliance, and technical training programs.
