During rotations across Auto, Property, and Compliance, you’ll learn core insurance principles, claims handling, and required licensing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; May 2027 grads considered.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; May 2027 grads considered.
• Ability and willingness to travel; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive rotational program across multiple Claims functions.
• Learn insurance principles, policy coverage concepts, and claims handling procedures.
• Assist in investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims under guidance.
• Develop understanding of Auto, Property, and Compliance claim operations.
• Complete required licensing, compliance, and technical training programs.
• Maintain accurate claim file documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
