Qualifications

• 1–3 years of insurance or customer service experience.
• Experience investigating, evaluating, or resolving customer issues.
• Ability to manage a workload independently while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate claims by reviewing policy coverage, gathering facts, and determining liability and damages.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, repair facilities, and other involved parties to provide timely updates.
• Manage a caseload from initial report through resolution while meeting standards.
• Analyze claim documentation and estimates to make informed settlement decisions.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authority levels with fair outcomes.
• Identify fraud indicators and escalation needs as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation in compliance with policies and law.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support resolution and customer experience.
