Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in a related role.
• Associate's degree and two years work experience or Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage for claims.
• Determine liability (fault) for damages.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Coordinate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims.
