Regional multidisciplinary civil engineering consulting firm in Doylestown, PA seeks a Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development) with 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience and a PE license. Responsibilities include leading private subdivision and land development projects, managing schedules and budgets, and mentoring junior staff.

Office-based with a flexible work model in Pennsylvania.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through final design and construction; manage schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and client expectations.
• Own project quality, technical accuracy, and delivery; coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Provide design leadership on site layouts, roads, grading, stormwater layouts; review sketches and plans.
• Perform site feasibility and due diligence; review zoning regulations; support permitting and approvals.
• Develop practical solutions, assess alternatives, and flag issues early.
• Maintain relationships with private-sector clients and represent the firm with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.
