Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Austin, Texas.

You will lead a variety of land development projects, mentor junior staff, and drive new business while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project quality and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes business development, client engagement, and collaboration across disciplines, with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement and a path toward career growth within a growing civil

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor project team.
• Oversee land development projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive new work.
• Maintain quality control on all deliverables.
• Share engineering best practices with the project team.
• Represent the firm at networking events to develop new business.
