Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in site development and land planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, SWMM.
• Strong knowledge of South Africa building codes, zoning laws, and environmental permitting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop site development plans, including grading, stormwater management, utility layouts, and erosion control designs.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and permit applications for local and regional authorities.
• Conduct site assessments, topographic surveys, and environmental impact analyses for proposed developments.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning ordinances, building codes, and environmental regulations.
