Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive information security leadership experience in a complex, client-facing organization.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets and executes the enterprise information security strategy aligned with firm goals and operational resilience.
• Leads the Information Security Management System and security governance framework, including policy development and risk assessment.
• Serves as senior incident response leader for information security events with end-to-end containment and remediation.
• Partners with executive leadership to embed security-by-design into operations and technology investments.
• Oversees third‑party security risk management with procurement and business owners.
• Guides risk oversight for emerging technologies, AI, cloud services, and secure development practices.
• Builds and leads a high-performing information security organization and defines operating models and governance routines.
