Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have or be in the process of Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist certification within the first 9 months of employment.
• Strong communication and compassionate responses in interactions with clients and families.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (telehealth and in-person).
• Must carry a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Peer Support Specialist certification per state standards.
• Engages with clients with empathy and supports recovery goals.
• Provides emotional support and advocacy to clients on caseload.
• Documents clinical notes within 24 hours and coordinates with multi-disciplinary team.
• Participates in peer-led groups focusing on mental health and wellness.
