Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Mercury Marine division in Fond du Lac, WI invites you to join a hands-on Supply Chain Co-op. You will collaborate with seasoned supply chain professionals to move inventory from supplier partners to internal production teams, gaining practical experience in demand planning, PFEP data, and lean improvements.

You'll analyze material flow, contribute to cost-effective inventory practices, support new product introductions, and work a full 40-hour week during a 2027 co-op

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Procurement.
• Minimum 48 completed credits by start of co-op.
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) through a full co‑op term in 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current material flow within a process to implement improvements and reduce waste.
• Analyze demand, trends, and forecasts to adjust inventory plans.
• Develop cost-effective inventory practices and reduce inventory via pull, VMI, or consignment.
• Support new product introductions.
• Assist in expanding and maintaining the PFEP database.
