Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, trade support, financial operations, or brokerage operations.
• Experience supporting commodities, futures, FX, capital markets, brokerage, or trading environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Validate and process trade entries, ensuring accuracy and timely approval of transactions
• Book, reconcile, and monitor hedge transactions and client positions
• Support futures, OTC, and brokerage-related operational activities
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and operational issues
• Maintain static data, market data, and system records
• Assist with monthly commission and payout processes
• Prepare and support operational reporting requirements
• Partner closely with Finance and Trading teams to improve workflows and controls
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
• Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed
