You will work on highly performant distributed systems at the center of the trading lifecycle, partnering with investment professionals to deliver scalable, reliable, and latency-sensitive solutions in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and backend systems.
• Deep understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming concepts.
• Experience designing distributed systems in production environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance applications and distributed services that support electronic trading and market interaction.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver scalable solutions for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Drive software quality through thoughtful architecture, design reviews, testing, and code reviews.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with trading, portfolio management, and risk stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of core platform architecture and engineering best practices.
