A leading global multi-strategy hedge fund is looking to hire a Trade Support / Middle Office professional in Chicago to support its Equity Options trading desks.

The firm runs discretionary and systematic strategies across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Digital Assets. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, Traders, Researchers, Engineers and Operations teams work closely together to support trading activity across global markets.

This is a front-office facing role covering the full trade lifecycle across Equities, Equity Options, Index Options, Futures and Futures Options. Responsibilities include trade capture, clearing, position reconciliations, daily P&L and resolving trading-related issues, with significant interaction with traders.

A key focus of the role is automation, process improvement and enhancing proprietary trading infrastructure. The team works closely with Engineering to develop tools, streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Candidates with listed derivatives experience, strong Python skills and exposure to Git or Linux will be particularly well suited.

The role offers significant exposure to trading strategies, risk management and technology, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of projects and drive improvements beyond day-to-day operations.
