Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service in a digital, chat-based, call center, or office environment.
• Exceptional written English communication skills, including grammar, clarity, tone, and digital etiquette.
• Ability to manage 2-3 simultaneous chat conversations while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Proficient typing speed, with 45-50+ WPM recommended (Typing Test Results needed)
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, web browsers, mobile applications, and online research tools while being comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, systems, and chat sessions at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through online chat support channels.
• Manage 2-3 concurrent chat conversations while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Assist users with platform navigation, account inquiries, software functionality questions, and routine workflow issues.
• Use internal knowledge bases, product guides, and support resources to resolve common customer issues.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issue categories, resolutions, and escalation details.
• Escalate advanced technical issues to Tier-2 technical support when needed.
