Job summary

Cotality in Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist (Software Support) to be the primary contact for IT infrastructure and proprietary software support across the US and Canada. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues for real estate appraisers and inspectors across the US and Canada.

The role starts with 90 days of on-site training, then a hybrid schedule with one day on-site (Wednesday) and typically four days remote, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in help desk or technical customer support is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and mobile troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues in a Windows environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users via phone or chat.
• Create clear, detailed logs of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Suggest product enhancements to the development team based on issues observed.
