The role requires a PE license (NC) or reciprocity, 15+ years of relevant experience, and proven leadership. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office is offered to support collaboration.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of engineering or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, NC license or reciprocity; SC a plus.
• Strong connections and proven experience in the Charlotte market.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching.
