Responsibilities

Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting workload, and monitoring financial performance.
Cultivate existing client relationships through meetings, proposals and budget development with Marketing and Practice Area teams.
Prepare agreements and oversee construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications and cost estimates.
Analyze technical opportunities and develop improved approaches and solutions.
Lead, coach and mentor team members to support career development and training.
