D&H Distributing is seeking a Program Manager to drive business with partner and channel communities. This hybrid role can be based in Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include managing contracts, working with sales and marketing, and executing event strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IT distribution, vendors, reseller segments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive D&H business with various partner and channel communities.
• Work with sales, marketing, and vendor management to identify communities.
• Manage contract and term negotiation processes.
• Ensure D&H’s value proposition is clearly communicated.
• Execute event strategy within communities.
• Identify new opportunities within channel communities.

Skills

Knowledge of IT distribution industry

Effective writing and communication skills

Experience with customer and vendor interaction

Ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

Education
