Job summary

Syndigo invites applications for a Lead Program Manager, Technical Services, to lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM programs, ensuring predictable outcomes and strong stakeholder confidence. This hybrid role requires two days per week in our Chicago office.

You will own program planning, execution, governance, financials, and communications across customers, partners, and internal teams, working with Solution Architects, Implementation Leads, Product,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in programme or project management for enterprise technology.
• Track record on large-scale, multi-team, partner-led programmes.
• Commercial and financial control experience including forecast and margin.
• Executive-level communication and escalation management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience holding System Integrators accountable on shared delivery.
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery planning and governance.
• Additional language capability, particularly French.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale PXM, PIM, and MDM programmes.
• Manage programme plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead scope definition, change control, and commercial impact assessment.
• Coordinate execution across architecture, implementation, product, engineering, and partners.
• Run steering committees and communicate status and risk with full transparency.
• Drive forecast accuracy and programme financial performance.
