Nimble Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead for a hybrid role in Oakland, CA. You will drive organizational change initiatives, develop strategies, and partner with project teams to ensure adoption across client environments.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training design, and metrics, with a strong focus on technology-enabled transformation within a Bay Area context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role.
• 8+ years as Change Lead, with 3+ external contractor experience.
• Experience with ERP/technology rollouts; utility sector experience preferred.
• Proficient in Citrix and VPN for remote client access.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hybrid work capability and in-office presence as needed.
• Prosci/CCMP certifications are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• Must provide 2 client references during interview.

• Design and deliver roadshows on upcoming changes.
• Establish, track, and report change metrics to leadership.
• Conduct surveys and monitor meetings related to change management.
• Coach and support leaders to guide teams through change.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in driving change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across our organization. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in guiding our teams through the process of transformation and fostering a culture of adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational assessments as needed
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the tools and skills needed to navigate changes.
• Facilitate communications and transparent dialogue among teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Recommend adoption metrics based on the change impact analyses and ways to measure effectively
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help reinforce the impact of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Change Lead, 3 of which serving as an external contractor
• Change management experience with large-scale ERP/technology rollouts. Preference to Utility sector experience.
• Able to use remote access and client tools effectively within the first few weeks(Citrix, VPN)
• Application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools across represented (union) coworkers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office presence.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred.
• Must be able to provide 2 different client references as a Change Lead as part of the interview process

• Update SharePoint, use digital collaboration tools, and manage tasks in JIRA and Mentimeter.
• Co-facilitate workshops, introducing innovation as needed.
• Design and Deliver Roadshows or "summits" on key changes to come
• Establish, track, and report change metrics to leadership.
• Conduct surveys, monitor meetings, and manage change management metrics.
• Coach and support leaders to guide their teams through change.
