Job summary

Nimble Consulting Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead for a hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL. The position supports complex organizational change initiatives with a mix of remote and onsite work.

You will develop change strategies, train leaders, and guide adoption across client teams, leveraging your ERP/technology rollout experience and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Change Lead, including 3 years as an external contractor.
• Experience leading large ERP/technology rollouts; familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana or GIS tech.
• Proficiency with Citrix and VPN for remote access and client tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
• Hybrid work balance with on-site and remote collaboration.
• Change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP) desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Provide 2 client references as part of interview.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nimble with clients and vendors; onboarding as needed.
• Onsite presence as required; act as Nimble's local representative.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Design communications, training, and coaching materials.
• Create transition plans for project phases and client ownership.
• Monitor change metrics and report to leadership.
