Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for enterprise-level initiatives.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, CCMP, or similar.
• Strong track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute organizational change strategies to support business transformation.
• Lead organizational design assessments and provide recommendations based on data.
• Develop change impact assessments and communication strategies.

Skills

Deep expertise in change management methodologies

Strong proficiency in structured change management methodologies

Ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives

5+ years of experience leading organizational change

Education

Process improvement certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP)
