Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Advisor for Carelon Payment Integrity. The role focuses on building and supporting the change network, delivering executive-ready materials, and driving payment integrity improvements across regions.

Ideal candidates will have BA/BS and experience with PI or healthcare operations, strong data-entry accuracy, and proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site collaboration 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Payment Integrity, Claims, or Healthcare Operations.
• Strong data entry accuracy and documentation management.
• Ability to interpret Payment Integrity metrics and trends.

Responsibilities

• Support PI-related process enhancements and change initiatives.
• Provide data entry and documentation support for PI execution roles.
• Communicate PI updates via newsletters, dashboards, and presentations.
• Promote PI function benefits regionally and across the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Claims, SIU, Clinical Review, and Operations.
