Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Advisor to support the Carelon Payment Integrity program. You will bridge current and desired performance, balancing short-term needs with long-term success across PI initiatives.

You will build the change network, prepare executive-ready materials, maintain documentation, and communicate updates through newsletters, dashboards, and presentations to drive payment accuracy and operational improvements within a hybrid US-based team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2+ years related experience or equivalent background.
• Experience preparing executive-facing presentations and supporting leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with Payment Integrity, Claims, or Healthcare Operations is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and documentation management.
• Knowledge of claims processing, over-payment identification, or related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bridge current and desired business performance and balance short- and long-term needs.
• Build and support the change network and PI-related process enhancements.
• Provide data entry and documentation support for PI execution roles.
• Communicate information via newsletters, dashboards, and presentations.
• Promote benefits of the function within the region and company.
