• Experience supporting Payment Integrity or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Helps build and support the company’s change network and PI-related process enhancements.
• Provides data entry and documentation support for PI execution roles to assist business units.
• Communicates information from newsletters, dashboards, and presentations including claims accuracy insights.
• Promotes benefits of function within region and the company to improve payment accuracy.
• Supports cross-functional communication of PI metrics and updates.
• Collaborates with Claims, SIU, Clinical Review, and Operations.
