Job summary

WPP Production seeks an experienced CGI Artist/Retoucher to create final imagery for advertising and marketing materials using CGI, AI, photography and illustration. You will ensure high quality, timely delivery while aligning with brand standards across campaigns.

The role reports to the Group Design Director and requires strong ownership, collaboration with Producers and Creatives, and a proactive approach to reduce revisions and elevate work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CGI and Retouching.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative, Fine Arts or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the quality, craftsmanship, timeliness and profitability of every retouching project.
• Provide working solutions and education regarding Hogarth capabilities and processes to clients.
• Encourage collaboration with Creative and Design teams to ensure brand standards and creative excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes and end-product quality.
