Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a seasoned CGI Artist/Retoucher to lead high-end retouching for a global advertising client roster. You will craft imagery using Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and related tools, ensure color accuracy, and maintain production quality across campaigns.

Reporting to the Group Design Director, you will collaborate with Producers, Creatives, and Designers to deliver final imagery on schedule, uphold brand standards, and drive process improvements through proactive communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in CGI and Retouching.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the quality, craftsmanship, timeliness and profitability of every retouching project.
• Provide working solutions and education regarding Hogarth capabilities and processes to clients for successful execution of their projects.
• Encourage and maintain collaboration with Creative and Design teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand standards, brand image styles and guidelines and creative excellence on all projects.
• Identify opportunities and develop measures to improve work process and quality of end product.
