Job summary

WPP Production in Detroit is seeking a senior CGI Artist/Retoucher to create final imagery for advertising and marketing materials using CGI, AI, photography and illustration. You will work with Cinema 4D and Photoshop, managing color, resolution and file management.

The role reports to the Group Design Director and requires owning project quality, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure brand standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in CGI and Retouching.
• Strong knowledge of CGI programs like Cinema 4D and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for quality, timeliness and profitability of every retouching project.
• Provide working solutions and education regarding Hogarth capabilities to clients.
• Encourage collaboration with Creative and Design teams to ensure brand standards and creative excellence.
• Identify opportunities and improve work processes and end-product quality.
• QA work before delivering at each phase and documenting project status.
