Key Point Health Services Inc. is a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving Maryland communities. The Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow, and the revenue cycle, and reports to the CEO as part of the executive leadership team.

This role requires hands-on accounting expertise, GAAP compliance for nonprofits, and collaboration with program leaders to ensure financial stability and responsible growth toward future expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required; CPA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health finance and Medicaid/revenue cycle is desirable.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit preparation skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly with clinical and nonclinical leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Advise the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk.
• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans with staffing and service inputs.
• Prepare financial reports and recommendations for the CEO and board committees.
• Own the general ledger and month-end/year-end close; ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Manage revenue cycle, cash flow, and banking relationships to support stability.
