Zusammenfassung

Key Point Health Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and day-to-day accounting for a community behavioral health organization in Maryland. The CFO will report to the CEO, guide budgeting, cash flow, and revenue cycle performance, and support growth toward CCBBHC readiness by 2030.

This executive role requires hands-on accounting expertise and strategic leadership to ensure financial stability and compliance across programs and locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• CPA credential is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health finance and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and audit preparation.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial strategy and executive partnership with the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans with staffing, service volume, and expenses.
• Manage general ledger, close processes, reconciliations, and financial statements per GAAP and nonprofit requirements.
• Oversee revenue cycle, grant/contract accounting, and restricted funds; ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Develop internal controls, audit readiness, and support independent audits and cost reporting.
