Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting required.
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced construction environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Sage products and Excel.
• Strong analytical, time-management, and attention to detail; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and certified payroll compliance.
• Accounts payable/receivable management and vendor relations.
• Job costing, cost allocation, and budget tracking across projects.
• Liaison with outsourced accounting and CFO to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and ad-hoc analyses.
