Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA in a hybrid role serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide a center-based environment where play meets progress through high quality therapy and individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and active memberships/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of skills and needs for each client.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision with feedback for progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit documents for audits and maintain licensure/certification.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and coordinate care.
