Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with up to two years of relevant experience, or two years of accounting/finance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for organizing financial information.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across teams.
• Experience with banking operations, treasury or enterprise financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and record incoming payments, ensuring accurate application and proper documentation.
• Analyze account activity, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment exceptions via research.
• Coordinate with internal partners to reconcile transactions and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain compliance with controls, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
