Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in social services; bachelor’s degree exempt.
• Lived experience or strong sensitivity to unhoused population.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and conduct orientation and intake.
• Maintain caseload and provide case management.
• Develop individualized housing plans with participants.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure comprehensive services.
