Job summary

You will build relationships with families and clients on your caseload and ensure services meet quality standards. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in human services, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in human services (intakes, assessments, in-home services).
• Reliable vehicle access required.
• Willingness to travel/drive within the area to visit and provide services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families/individuals to explain services.
• Provide supervision and training to unlicensed direct care staff.
• Assign Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality services.
• Attend client meetings on caseload (quarterly, yearly, or as needed).
• Review staff notes and update as necessary.
• Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals.
• Coordinate transitions for individuals entering the program.
• Build positive relationships with families, individuals, and colleagues.
