Job summary

The California Department of Justice, Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (DMFEA), located in Sacramento, seeks an Analyst II to develop, implement, and maintain enhanced database protocols while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Maintain the Case Management System (ProLaw) protocols.
• Generate reports and compile statistics for the division.
• Perform quality assurance checks on case data and procedures.
• Review court documents and analyze case information.
• Apply parameters set by the Office of the Inspector General's performance standards.
• Assist in duties as assigned by Supervisor I.
