Qualifications

• Quantitative analysis skills: ability to conduct statistical analyses.
• Medi-Cal and health care delivery knowledge: familiarity with care management and the Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service (FFS) delivery system.
• Dashboard & reporting experience: hands-on experience with population health platforms, building dashboards/ad hoc reports.
• Population health & health equity experience: translate analytics into interventions to close care gaps.
• Project management experience: proficiency with workstream charters and Gantt charts; coordinating across data science, platform, and program teams.
• Communication & stakeholder engagement: create reports, slide decks, and presentations for DHCS leaders.
