Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Career Navigator to deliver career counseling, job placement support, and case management coordination. You will maintain rigorous documentation and report caseload information to support program goals.

The role is a flexible-hybrid position enabling work from home with occasional on-site attendance at GESMN facilities or partner sites, aligned to business needs.

• Serve as main contact and coordinator for individuals and partners.
