Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Driver’s license required for county travel.
• Pre-employment screening including criminal history and motor vehicle report.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct career coaching sessions to assess skills and goals.
• Provide trauma-informed guidance and support job seekers.
• Assist with computer lab support and online registration.
• Maintain participant records in Connecting Colorado and databases.
• Coordinate referrals to wrap-around services with partners.
• Stay current with labor market data and best practices.
