Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is hiring a Career Navigator to deliver career counseling, coaching, and job placement services. You will coordinate case management across teams and ensure accurate documentation to support outcomes.

The role operates in a scheduled-hybrid setup with some days at a GESMN or partner facility and other days remote, with strong emphasis on compliance and data reporting to funders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload (1–3 years) preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide job placement assistance and career counseling.
• Coordinate case management with internal and external partners.
• Maintain complete, accurate documentation and report caseload data.
• Ensure services comply with funder requirements and laws.
• Promote positive relationships to support optimal employment outcomes.
